Description

Four-part, in-house training course for teams who want to build confidence in analysis, decision-making and influence.

This course introduces critical thinking as a practical skillset for navigating uncertainty, making better decisions, and working more effectively with others. Built around the OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act), it invites participants to explore a structured journey through four metaphorical spaces: the Observatory, the Map Room, the Decision Engine and the Agora.

Through this journey, participants build a shared language for making sense of complexity and taking purposeful action. The course emphasises real-world application, focusing on developing a confident and adaptive mindset rather than prescribing fixed answers.
